We are getting closer to the Olympic Games closing ceremony, and it is time to find out where it will take place. 

Unlike the opening ceremony, the closing ceremony will occur behind closed doors at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, where the athletics competitions took place. The stadium was inaugurated in January 1998 and has a capacity of 80,000 fans.

Swimmer Leon Marchand was one of France's top athletes during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The 22-year-old athlete won 5 medals (4 golds and 1 bronze). 

The Frenchman won the gold in the Men's 200m individual medley, butterfly, and breaststroke and the Men's 400 m individual medley swimming competitions. As if it was not enough for him, he broke the Olympic Record in the 200-meter breaststroke and the 200-meter butterfly on the same day.

Let's see some of the best moments during the 2024 Olympic Games.

Undoubtedly, one of the most memorable moments in the Athletics competition was the 100m final, where Noah Lyles and Kishane Thompson had a photo-finish final.

Both sprinters finished with a time of 9.79, and to determine the winner, we had to look to the thousandths of a second. The American athlete recorded a time of .784, while the Jamaican .789.

The closing ceremony will start in just under an hour and a half, and we are excited to see what has been prepared this time and what the handover celebration for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games will be like.
