Who are the soccer players over age 23 for each country at the Paris 2024 Olympics?
In the soccer tournament there will be a total of 40 players who will go with the places reserved for those born on or after January 1, 2001.
Sixteen national teams will compete in the Men’s Olympic Football Tournament at Paris 2024. The competition will kick off on Wednesday, July 24, and the rosters of all participating nations have already been announced.
According to the regulations, each national team can select a maximum of three players over the age of 23, while the rest of the squad must consist of players born on or after January 1, 2001. Notable names like Alexandre Lacazette, Julián Álvarez, and the prominent Achraf Hakimi will be representing their countries. Below is the list of all players over the age of 23 who have been called up for the Paris 2024 Games. Interestingly, one nation has not chosen any overage players.

Although there was much speculation about some top table names making an appearance at the Games, especially France’s very own superstar, other considerations over health and club meant this wasn’t to be.
The likes of Kylian Mbappé, Christian Pulisic and Lamine Yamal are not playing in Paris, with the latter very comfortably fitting within the age restrictions. Elite players are rarely chosen to represent their nations at the Olympics.
