Update:

The 2026 Winter Olympics continue Thursday, Feb. 12, with a packed day of medal events across alpine skiing, snowboarding, speed skating, freestyle skiing and luge.

On Wednesday, Feb. 11, the United States claimed its third and fourth gold medals of the Games as Jordan Stolz triumphed in the men’s 1,000 meters in speed skating, while Elizabeth Lemley came out on top in the women’s moguls. There was a bittersweet feeling for Madison Chock and Evan Bates in ice dance, however, with the pair claiming their first Olympic medal, a silver rather than a gold.

On Thursday, Team USA’s men’s ice hockey team plays its first round-robin game against Latvia, while Chloe Kim is hoping to clinch the first-ever three-peat in snowboard halfpipe at the Winter Olympics.
