The Colorado Avalanche outlasted Tampa Bay Lightning to take Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final. Andre Burakovsky scored in OT as the Avalanche grabbed their fourth overtime win of the 2022 playoffs.

Following an adrenaline-packed Game 1, the attention shifts to Game 2 this Saturday, June 18, with the puck drop set for 8 p.m. ET.  There will be two days of rest between games just this time, as every other game will have one day off in between.

Colorado has an opportunity to grab a 2-0 series lead on their soil, but Tampa Bay will aggressively be going after tying a Game 2 knot.
