Canelo vs GGG: Trilogy
Austin Williams vs. Kieron Conway, 10 rounds, for WBA International middleweight title
Statements of the boxers
Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez - I went through the most challenging moments of my life [referring to his previous loss], but I want to tell people that I have to go forward... Failures are sometimes good because they teach you how to do things, discard them, and be more humble.
After this, I will have to do surgery on my left hand... I almost can't hold a glass in my hand, but I'm good.
Gennady Golovkin - Everybody knows this is high-level boxing; everybody knows who Canelo is. If you make a bad step, it is a finished fight. Look at his face, look at mine, we are so clean, but this just showed you how well trained we are and how good the fight was.
Tonight's fight was more tactical, like chess, and Canelo was the better player.
Still champion
The most beautiful image of the night

Umpire Mora had to react during the round, separating the fighters from non-stop clinching. In the end, a friendly hug from the boxers who had 36 rounds fighting together gives the most beautiful photo of sportsmanship in this brutal and fantastic sport.

Gonzalez has demonstrated that he is a strong fighter and tough nut to break, but Jesse 'Bam' Rodriguez will still stay World Champion and keep the WBC World Super-Flyweight title with a unanimous decision.

Second low waist punch by Rodriguez; this one - not penalized.

Verdict - Akhmedov

It's interesting to see if Akhmedov's countryman Golovkin well be as successful
Last round and end of the fight
Rosado gives all that he has left in the last round, but Akhmedov, like during the majority of tonight's clash, exits as the more intelligent and technically superior boxer.
9th of 10 rouns
Akhmedov keeps his high rhythm and Rosado at a safe distance, tiring him with ferocious short combinations.
7th of 10 rounds
Rosado, now visibly tired and outboxed by the Kazakh Akhmedov. There are three more rounds in this fight, but there is nothing much Gabi Rosado can do to turn around this in his favor.
5th of 10 rounds
Akhmedov, for the first time, opens Rosado with a short right, one minute in the round, and uses that momentum to hurt him a little bit more before the bell.

Akhmedov is doing the work in the last two rounds and carefully waiting for his chances, collecting points and the opinions of the umpires. Rosado, truthfully not too far behind.

Two fighters with two distinctive styles of boxing. Rosado has a more open stance, with a lot of showmanship but phenomenal speed to counterattack from that position. Akhmedov in difference looking for his opportunities from a more closed body position and easy footwork.
