CROSSFIT GAMES 2024

CrossFit Games 2024 prize money: how much does the winner make?

The event comes to a close on Sunday after four days of intense competition. How much money will the winner take home?

The 2024 CrossFit Games get to its final day with competitors facing a last effort to try to win the title in Fort Worth, Texas.

The high temperatures have been an added factor that has made the competition even tougher in the multiday event, which features some of the fittest athletes in the world.

The CrossFit Games take place every year, and the program includes running, swimming, weightlifting, and gymnastics, in a dozen separate events.

The event,, which has been broadcast on ESPN for the first time, had to deal with the sad news of the passing of Lazar Dukic, 28, from Serbia. The athlete was competing on Marine Creek Lake on Thursday morning in a swimming event when he disappeared under the water.

The rest of the events on Day 1 were canceled after the death was confirmed but resumed on Friday.

The organization recently published the event’s prize purse and the amount of money that athletes will get will remain the same as in 2023, at least for most of them.

Those who finally come out on top in the men’s and women’s categories will take home $315,000, while the top team will earn $100,000 to split among its members.

There are only two changes in this year’s prize purse. One of them is that the cash prize for individuals winning the Oceania, South America, Asia, and Africa semifinals went up to $10,000 (last year it was $5,000), while the other change is that the podium finishers in the adaptive divisions will get less money than in 2023.
