MR OLYMPIA

How much money will the Mr Olympia 2023 bodybuilding champion win?

Being crowned Mr Olympia not only grants recognition as the best bodybuilder in the world, but also brings a significant financial sum for the champion.

Mauro Fialho

World bodybuilding’s elite competition, Mr Olympia, has kicked off a new edition in Orlando, Florida, with defending champion, the Iranian Hadi Choopan starting out as one of the big favorites.

Spain will not have any representation in the highest category, but there will be three Spanish participants: Ángel Calderón, one of the great contenders in the ‘212 lb’ category; and Mauro Fialho and Sidy Pouye, in the ‘Men’s Physique’ category. Some of the best-known bodybuilders in our country such as Joan Pradells have not made it to the competition.

Winning in the category Mr Olympia or Ms Olympia is one of the greatest recognitions, if not the greatest, in this sport as it determines who is the best bodybuilder in the world. Added to this is the amount of money that the champion receives, which has been steadily growing over the years.
