Usman slams “disrespectful” McGregor with a tough message

The former welterweight champion responded to the Irishman’s “disrespect”, who said he was nobody and made fun of his last defeat.

Conor McGregor returns on June 29 to headline UFC 303 with Michael Chandler, but he’s already ‘fighting’ outside the cage.

The Irishman attacked the company’s biggest stars in an interview, including Ilia Topuria, Khabib Nurmagomedov, and Alexander Volkanovski. Kamaru Usman, former welterweight champion, responded to The Notorious’ insults with elegance and respect.

“Where’s Usman right now? The little bald Malteaser head (referring to biscuit and chocolate balls). What happened in his last fight again? I can’t even remember where you’re at in your game, bro, yeah? You’re nothing to me,” the Irishman expressed in a streaming with an online sports betting site.

Conor talked about Kamaru’s last three fights, three consecutive losses. In the first one, he lost the belt to Leon Edwards, who won again in the rematch. He then fell to Khamzat Chimaev in their middleweight clash.

Usman to McGregor: “Put that whiskey bottle down”

The Nigerian responded to McGregor’s “disrespectful” comments on his Pound 4 Pound podcast with Henry Cejudo.

“To call me a bum is kind of disrespectful. I didn’t disrespect you when you were having your troubles”, he said.

“So my man, I think it’s sometimes easier, and it’s better – well, it’s not easier … it’s better if you put that whiskey bottle down and actually come back to your wits and be a good father and a good role model,” the former welterweight champion responded.

Meanwhile, Topuria, Volkanovski, and Nurmagomedov haven’t reacted yet to Conor’s insults.
