Where will the 2025 US Open be played?
Next year’s US Open will take place at Oakmont Country Club in Plum Pennsylvania from Thursday 12 to Saturday 15 June. Established in 1903, Oakmont has hosted the US Open on nine occasions - more than any other course.
The tournament was first held in Allegheny County in 1927 when Tommy Armour, The Silver Scot, won his first major title. Oakmont played host again in 1935, 1953, 1962, 1973, 1983, 1994, 2007 and 2016.
In August 2021, it was announced in August, 2021, that Oakmont would also host future US Opens in 2034, 2042, and 2049, along with a number of other USGA championships, including the US Women’s Open in 2028 and 2038, the Walker Cup in 2033, and the US Women’s Amateur in 2046 .
