América defender commits to Las Águilas
Club América has announced that center-back Ramón Juárez has signed a new contract with the Liga MX giants.

It was a weekend to forget for Club América fans, as both the men’s and women’s teams fell to Chivas in the latest edition of the Clásico Nacional. But amid the disappointment, there’s finally some good news for the Azulcrema faithful: Ramón Juárez is staying put.
“Juárez is here to stay”
Through its official channels, the Coapa-based club shared three photos, one of which shows the Mexican international signing his new contract.
The caption read: “Our homegrown Eagle has signed! Ramón Juárez is here to stay at Club América.”

How long is Juárez’s new contract?
While the club didn’t disclose the length of the extension, Transfermarkt reports that the academy product is now under contract through the summer of 2027.
It’s worth noting that Juárez has only featured in five matches so far this season, starting in four of them. In recent games, head coach André Jardine has yet to give the young center back another shot in the starting lineup.
