Atlético organize fan zones in New York, Tokyo and Mexico to watch the Copa del Rey final

Next’s week’s Copa del Rey final between Atlético Madrid and Real Sociedad will be played at La Cartuja in Seville, will also be able to experience it at the Metropolitano as well as at international watch parties in New York City, Tokyo and Mexico City.

With all 22,440 tickets for the final in Seville sold out, Atlético will set up massive 15‑by‑8.5‑meter LED screens at their home stadium so supporters can watch Saturday’s showdown against Real Sociedad. More than 20,000 tickets have already been sold for what promises to feel like a matchday atmosphere of its own.

To make it a full‑day event, the club will open the fan zone starting at 14:00 hours local time CEST (8:00 a.m. ET), offering free activities and entertainment.

Tickets to watch the final from inside the stadium cost €10 for club members and €20 for the general public. These are the final days to redeem tickets online through the club’s official website.

International Copa del Rey final watch parties

Atlético will host three international watch parties for the Copa del Rey final, with events planned in Mexico City, New York, and Tokyo. The club announced the initiative on Friday alongside the launch of a new information website covering all fan events — including the Sevilla fan zone and the opening of the Metropolitano for supporters in Madrid.

The Mexico City watch party will take place at La Cocina del Bizco, the New York event will be held at Mercado Little Spain, and the Tokyo gathering is set for Toho Cinemas Roppongi Hills.
