Who’s through to the UCL semis?
- Semifinal 1: PSG vs Bayern
After brushing Liverpool aside in the quarterfinals - beating the Reds 4-0 on aggregate - holders Paris Saint-Germain remain on course for a second straight title. In the semifinals, PSG will face six-time European champions Bayern Munich, who eliminated 15-time winners Real Madrid.
In an entertaining quarterfinal series, late second-leg goals by Luis Díaz and Michael Olise earned Bayern a 6-4 aggregate triumph over Los Blancos, as the Germans avenged their 2024 semifinal defeat to the Spaniards.
- Semifinal 2: Atlético vs Arsenal
In this year’s other last-four tie, Arsenal meet Atlético Madrid in a matchup of teams that have both been to the Champions League final before - but are yet to get their hands on the trophy.
The Gunners, who were Champions League runners-up in 2006, edged Sporting CP 1-0 on aggregate in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, three-time European Cup finalists Atlético eliminated LaLiga rivals Barcelona in a thrilling last-eight tie, winning 3-2 over two legs.
