Copa del Rey round of 16 draw: time, how to watch on TV and stream online

After some intriguing round of 32 ties, we’re now set for the Copa del Rey last 16 draw.

The Copa del Rey round of 32 took place in Spain over the weekend, with 14 top-flight sides booking their place in the last 16 of the competition.

Unionistas vs Villarreal (1-1) was postponed due to a problem with the lighting at the Reina Sofia stadium and will resume today (Monday 8 January).

The Unionistas-Villarreal match will get underway at 10:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m. PT, with the draw for the round of 16 taking place afterwards.

Copa del Rey draw time change

The draw for the round of 16 was previously scheduled for Monday at 7:00 a.m. ET in the Luis Aragonés room at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas, Madrid, but has since been changed as a result of the aforementioned fixture.

Heavyweights Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid all remain in the competition and will discover their faith later today as well as having one eye on lifting the trophy later this year.

Copa del Rey draw with AS USA

We will have the draw for the Copa del Rey round of 16 live on AS USA, with coverage getting underway ahead of the official starting time of 12:30 p.m. ET / 9:30 a.m. PT on 8 January.

The draw will also be available to live stream on the official RFEF YouTube channel.
