Endrick and Arda Güler decide to take different paths
The Brazilian won’t listen to loan offers while the Turkish player’s entourage will review his situation in the summer.

Endrick (18) and Arda Güler (20) are two rising stars destined to shape Real Madrid’s future, yet both are struggling to make an impact in the present. The Brazilian and the Turk rank 16th and 15th, respectively, in the squad for minutes played (494′ and 1,088′).
Only a handful of players—such as Lunin, the injured Alaba, Carvajal, Militao, and youth player Jacobo—have played less. Given this situation, it’s understandable that both are reconsidering their immediate future at the club.
The decision is crucial: stay at Madrid and risk stalling their development, or seek a loan move to a top-tier club—perhaps even one competing in the Champions League—to gain valuable experience and return stronger. A path similar to the one Carvajal took when he temporarily left for Leverkusen.
At the moment, Endrick and Güler seem to be taking opposite approaches. According to AS, Endrick is fully committed to staying. He sees value in the experience he’s gaining despite fierce competition from Vinicius, Mbappé, and Rodrygo and has no interest in a loan move. He believes in his ability to gradually carve out playing time next season.

Could Arda Güler be set to leave Real Madrid?
Güler’s camp, however, is growing increasingly concerned. Now in his second season at Madrid, he continues to struggle for consistent opportunities. A loan move to a major European club is under serious consideration, though a final decision will only be made at the end of the season after reassessing his situation.
The former Palmeiras forward has made the most of the limited chances Ancelotti has given him this season. He has already netted six goals in just 494 minutes—an impressive average of one every 82 minutes, far surpassing his competition: Vinicius (one every 172 minutes), Mbappé (one every 124 minutes), and Rodrygo (one every 203 minutes).
Yet, the problem remains—he simply doesn’t play enough. Out of his 28 appearances, he has started only four matches (Lille, Deportivo Minera, Leganés, and Real Sociedad—the latter three in the Copa del Rey). However, his recent call-up to Brazil’s national team, even if partly due to Neymar’s injury, has given him a significant boost.
Endrick has his sights set on the 2026 World Cup in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, where he hopes to be a key player for Brazil. His representation, Roc Nation, is American-owned, and his sponsors—especially New Balance—have strong business interests in that market, making his progression all the more crucial.

Güler currently holds a higher status in the squad than Endrick, having been with Madrid for a season longer. He has played over 1,000 minutes and started in ten of his 31 appearances, though he has only completed a full match once. Despite playing more than the 440 minutes he logged in his debut season—where he stunned fans with six goals—he feels his development is stagnating. With his future at Madrid uncertain, Güler faces a pivotal decision. Will he stay and fight for his place, or seek a loan move to ensure he continues growing?
