It has been really stop-start in the second half. Italy are set to make two more changes.
Kane drops deep to pick up the ball. He sends Bowen down the right. Italy stand tall and block the West Ham forward from breaking through.
All the changes have slowed the game down. It's 0-0 at Molineux. Will we have a winner?
Ward-Prowse fouls Pessina. It's a yellow card for the midfielder.
Saka returns to face Italy. How he would enjoy scoring against the Azzurri after last year's Euro final and his missed penalty.
England change
OFF Sterling
ON Saka
Sterling and Kane link up on the edge of the box. The latter pokes his left foot at it but the shot sails high and wide.
Italy sub
OFF Scamacca
ON Raspadori
As things stand, England are bottom of Group A3.
Hungary are drawing 1-1 with Germany in the other group game.
Gnonto (18) finds some space between the England back four and midfield. He races towards goal but can only find the outside of the side netting. 0-0
The 23-year-old striker hasn't had much service but he has held the ball up well for the Azzurri.
Maguire fouls Scamacca and it's a free for Italy.
Southgate makes three changes
Confirmation of those changes.

England changes
OFF Tammy Abraham, Declan Rice & Mason Mount
ON Harry Kane, Kalvin Phillips & Jarrod Bowen
Italy changes
OFF Locatelli & Pellegrini
ON Gnonto & Esposito
Di Lorenzo sneaks around the back of Trippier to collect Pellegrini's curling cross. It's blocked and goes out for a corner.
That's a nasty one for Roma striker Tammy Abraham. He gets it right in the face as Frattesi clears his lines.
Sterling!
Grealish picks out his City team-mate Sterling. The latter finds the target. It's low and to Donnarumma's right but lacks power.
Massive chance for England!
Reece James fizzes a low cross in from the right. Sterling is all alone at the back post and somehow lifts it over the bar when it looked easier to score.
The last time England played at Molineux was in 1956. They beat Denmark 5-2 on the day.
The loose ball falls to Pessina on the edge of the box but he can't find the target and his left-footed shot goes over the England crossbar.
I have no changes to report. It's still 0-0 if you're just joining our live coverage.
Group leaders Italy get us underway for the second half.
All square at Molineux

HT: England 0-0 Italy
And the whistle is blown for half-time.
Pessina!
Ward-Prowse can't get out to Pessina as he runs across the box. Ramsdale taps the ball over from the Italian's left-footed strike from just inside the box.
Scamacca!
Pessina crosses into the No.9, who takes it down before blasting over from just six yards out. He'll be disappointed with the effort, as he should have tested Ramsdale.
Mount shoots!
It's well-hit from just inside the box. Donnarumma (23) saves it easily. It's straight at the PSG shot-stopper.
It's a beautiful evening in Wolverhampton. We're still waiting for the first goal. Mount hit the bar for England in what has been the best opportunity of the first half.
Ward-Prowse picks out Sterling with a cross-field pass. Sterling opens up his body and curls a cross in from the right but it's headed away. 0-0
Ramsdale keeps Tonali out
Ramsdale came to England's rescue by denying Tonali from breaking the deadlock.

Sterling plays James in, who cuts it back to Grealish. The Manchester City player has a low shot blocked. He fails to really connect with it.
Just 30 seconds later, Grealish is booked for a late challenge on Gatti.
Tonali sneaks in around the back but Ramsdale gets across his line to keep it at 0-0. It's only Ramsdale's second cap for England.
Ramsdale saves!
The Arsenal man makes himself big to block the effort from Tonali at the far post.
Frattesi gets in behind but Rice reads it well and makes a well-timed tackle to clear the danger.
Gatti is at centre-back for Italy. He was playing in Italy's third division just two seasons ago and has worked in a supermarket and as a builder on his way to the top of Italian football.
Mount off the bar
Mount had England's best chance of the game so far but couldn't get past Donnarumma.

Ward-Prowse's low corner is sent over the bar by Declan Rice.
Jack Grealish makes a start for England having started on the bench against Germany. His impact was crucial in Munich when he did come on in midweek. He gives England a different option.
The Italian rebuild means this team is unrecognisable. It's a young frontline tonight. They have had 21 different starters in their three Nations League games.
England have only beaten Italy once in their last nine meetings.
Di Lorenzo finds himself in behind the English defence. He plays a low cross across goal but no one is there to get on the end of it. 0-0
Mount's effort crashes off the bar. He's in a great position to score and Donnarumma gets a vital touch just before it comes crashing off the crossbar.
Only two of Italy's starting 11 tonight started in the Euro 2020 final against England last summer. Donnarumma and Di Lorenzo are the survivors as Italy begin a rebuild following their failure to qualify for the World Cup.
Donnarumma passes it straight to Abraham, who ends it shooting wide after some Italian pressure.
Ramsdale managed to make himself big and narrow the angle but that was a glorious chance for Frattesi.
Italy chance!
Frattesi (22) is straight through on goal but puts it low and wide.
Both managers have made changes to their teams tonight following midweek games.
Italy are not going to this year's World Cup, however, this game is another opportunity for Gareth Southgate to prepare for the tournament this winter.
England are playing from right to left in all white.
Italy are in their traditional blue.
We're underway at Molineux!
And now for the England national anthem.
We start with the much-loved Italian national anthem.
The teams are about to make their way onto the pitch. Kick-off is five minutes away!
Game behind closed doors
Gareth Southgate said the fact the game will be played behind closed doors at Wolves’ Molineux stadium thanks to a ban imposed by UEFA after crowd trouble at Wembley before last year’s final is an “embarrassment”.
“If it is an embarrassment, it is for England as a country. A lot of the people that caused the problems I’m not certain were football fans,” Southgate said ahead of the match.
“We spoke enough about it, we spoke about it after the final and when the punishment was first given, what I will say is the vast majority of our fans who travelled to Germany on Tuesday behaved brilliantly, a big thank you to them because maybe people were thinking something different but there were a huge majority who were a credit.”

Debut for Gatti
Italian defender Federico Gatti was playing in the third division of Italian football just two seasons ago.
On the way to becoming an international player, Gatti has worked as a builder and as a window-fitter.
He makes his debut for Italy today.
The blue shirts worn by Italy can be considered the most famous in international football, along with the yellow of Brazil, which gives the side its nickname Canarinho (Little Canary).
Italy, known as the Azzurri, have won four World Cups and a European Championship adorned in blue and have rarely strayed from their traditional strip throughout their history.
England searching for first win
England play Italy in their third UEFA Nations League Group A3 match this evening, in what is a rematch of the Euro 2020 final.
Gareth Southgate has made several changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Germany in midweek.
The Three Lions are currently bottom of their group with just one point from two games.
Raheem Sterling captains the side against the Azzurri.
