The journey to the Wembley FA Cup final on 25 May begins to shorten as just eight sides will dispute the quarter-final stage of the competition with Man United, Chelsea and reigning holders Man City cited as strong favourites.

Eight fifth round ties will take place week commencing 26 February with non-league Maidstone United very much the Cinderella-side as the outfit from Kent face Coventry City on Monday.
As of the fifth round, FA Cup ties will be resolved on the night with extra-time and penalty kicks being used to decide the winner.
When does the FA Cup draw start?
The Emirates FA Cup quarter-final draw will air at 1:00 p.m. ET/ 10:00 a.m. PT on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024 with Seema Jaswal and with David Seaman on ball extracting duties.

When will the FA Cup quarter-final games be staged?
The quarterfinal games will be played across the weekend of 16-17 March with the Wembley semi-finals set to be staged during the weekend of 20 April with the Wembley Stadium final on Saturday 25 May.
