FIFA set to reveal 2026 World Cup logo this week

A gala event on Wednesday in Los Angeles will showcasthe the official ‘brand’ of the 2026 competition that will be staged in Canada, Mexico and the USA.

Next Wednesday in Los Angeles, one of the 16 host cities for the 2026 World Cup, FIFA will officially unveil the the branding/logo for the 23rd edition of the World Cup.

The 2026 tournament will be held in Canada, Mexico and the USA and will be the first World Cup to feature 48 participating nations with the action set to run from 11 June through to 19 July.

The brand unveiling will take place at 7:30 pm (PT) / 4:30 (ET) in Los Angeles, USA with the lavish event set to feature an array of guests from the world of football and entertainment.

Projections, events and digital interaction across the other host cities in Canada, Mexico and the USA will also take place on 17 May with FIFA creating the #WeAre26 hashtags so fans can keep abreast and interact with events as the presentation unfolds.

The official competition branding will be accompanied by 16 special bespoke logos each relating to the host cities across the three countries.

Where are the 2026 host cities?

16 cities across the US, Mexico and Canada will host the 104 matches of the 2026 World Cup. The majority are located in the USA: Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Boston and New York. The Mexican venues will be in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City with Vancouver and Toronto representing Canada.
