So, despite being frustrated by a very solid Israel, the South American sides have carved out the best scoring chances with Leonardo and Marquinhos going close.

Israel have looked an accomplished side despite a win, draw and defeat in the group stage.
A late, late goal from Anan Khalaili saw the side from the Middle East advance against Uzbekistan in the quarterfinals to set up tonight's San Juan clash.

Israel’s route to the final eight has been less comprehensive but they have made it this far on merit. In the last-16 they knocked out an impressive Uzbekistan team and will be eager to prove themselves against Brazil.
