So, despite being frustrated by a very solid Israel, the South American sides have carved out the best scoring chances with Leonardo and Marquinhos going close.
Israel have played wonderfully, good on the ball and exerting great pressure on Brazil and not letting the Seleçao enjoy any time on the ball.

With their last WC U20 win coming in 2011, Brazil are aiming to draw level with Argentina on six U20 World Cup titles.
Brazil's top scorer Marcos Leonardo was on target in the previous round with Brazil having little trouble in dismantling Tunisia with a solid 4-1 win in the quarterfinals.
The Santos player is second in the tournament top scorer ranking and will be anxious to add to his four goals against Israel.

Israel have looked an accomplished side despite a win, draw and defeat in the group stage.
A late, late goal from Anan Khalaili saw the side from the Middle East advance against Uzbekistan in the quarterfinals to set up tonight's San Juan clash.
Israel’s route to the final eight has been less comprehensive but they have made it this far on merit. In the last-16 they knocked out an impressive Uzbekistan team and will be eager to prove themselves against Brazil.
Brazil came into the tournament as favourites to lift the trophy but were humbled in their opening game by a strong Italy side. Since then, however, they have impressed and boast some of the tournament’s most impressive young players. Santos striker Marcos Leonardo has scored four times in four matches, aided by the creativity of PSV Eindhoven winger Sávio.
Israel will be looking to make history against Brazil in the quarter-finals of the World Cup Under 20 in Argentina. The game will be played at Estadio San Juan del Bicentenario with both sides looking to secure a place in the final four of the competition.
