Real Madrid handed Mbappé injury news
The Frenchman is now fit to play again after having a tooth removed.

Kylian Mbappé has returned to the squad. He took no more time than was absolutely necessary. But even that short pause was essential—because for three days, Kylian endured significant pain. Rest was a struggle, as anyone who has had a tooth extracted can attest.
Unable to play against Real Sociedad, he spent the previous night battling discomfort that kept him awake. But today, things are returning to normal. The pain lingers slightly, but it no longer hinders him. And so, he trained—pushing himself, banishing any doubts. He will be at the Villamarín to play against Real Betis.
Ancelotti structured Thursday’s training into three phases. The starters focused on recovery, particularly long-time regulars like Tchouaméni and Vinícius. Meanwhile, the substitutes underwent an intense session with a significant physical load. Among them was Mbappé, passing every test—from high-intensity drills to contact exercises. He’s ready.

The main absence was Fede Valverde. The midfielder has been carefully managed, nursing discomfort in his left thigh for some time. He’s been playing at the limit, even requiring an injection—such as in the second leg against City. But he desperately needed rest, and now he’s getting it.
He didn’t feature against Girona or Real Sociedad, and while he trained with the group on Tuesday, his Thursday session was limited to gym work and physiotherapy. He’s expected to be available against Betis, though his starting status remains uncertain.
Four absences are confirmed. Carvajal and Militão continue their recovery routines, with the full-back still holding onto hope of making the Club World Cup. They’re familiar faces in the injury room, now joined by Vallejo—who suffered a torn left femoral biceps—and, most notably, Dani Ceballos.

This morning, it was confirmed that Ceballos has sustained a muscle tear, affecting the tendon in his left leg. Internal sources estimate his absence at around two months—possibly six to seven weeks. A huge blow for Real Madrid and a player who was finding form in the middle of the pitch.
