Real Madrid, Liverpool, Man Utd and PSG among clubs interested in Leny Yoro: who is he?
Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have all expressed an interest in Yoro.
Leny Yoro is currently plying his trade with Lille OSC in Ligue 1, and as reported by RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, is on the radar of some of Europe’s heavyweights, including Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
The France U21 international, who is only 18, has become a key part of Lille’s defence this season, playing 17 times in Ligue 1 and scoring twice. RMC Sport report that the player has a contract extension offer but he is unlikely to accept it.
Represented by Mendes
The talented centre-back’s current deal with Lille runs until 30 June 2025, and although he is unlikely to depart the club this month, a summer move could be on the cards. Yoro has played for France at U17, U18, U19 and U21 level and is currently represented by agent Jorge Mendes.
The 18-year-old has established himself as a starter at Lille and this season is the first-choice centre-back alongside the experienced Samuel Umtiti. His 1.90m frame also makes him a threat from set pieces and with so much interest from around Europe, his time in France could be soon coming to an end.
