Tecatito Corona agrees to Rayados move
According to the Diario de Sevilla, the player has already given the go-ahead and it is a matter of hours for the transfer to be formalized.

According to reports in local Spanish media, the Diario de Sevilla, Tecatito, Adnan Januzaj and Oussama Idrissi have been put on the transfer listed so that the club can lower the wage bill and finance the signing of Barcelona forward Abde: “The third player who must leave definitively is the Mexican Tecatito Corona. Apparently, the agreement is now absolute between all parties as the footballer has given the OK to his return to Rayados, where he began his career,” the Andalucian newspaper reports. Tecatito was absent from today’s training session.
Sevilla clear-out
In the same article it is explained that Sevilla would be willing to accept a lower offer for Tecatito as they would save on his high salary. The club’s original asking price for the player was 10 million euros but now it seems they are happy to accept Rayados’ offer of 3 million euros - less than a third.
“At Sevilla, the overall nature of the operation is being considered, because between the high salary of the footballer who joined from Porto, the amortization of approximately one million euros plus that income of just over three million, makes the deal worthwhile,” the report concluded.
Tecatito Corona’s situation at Sevilla will be resolved withing the next few hours. Both clubs have until have until 11:59 p.m. Central European Rime (3:59 p.m. central Mexico time) for the transfer to be made before the transfer window closes.
