Tigres hostile arrival to Akron
Before the Chivas vs Tigres game even began, there was hostility as people threw rocks at the Tigres van and fans got into a fight outside Akron stadium.

Tigres were met with hostility as they arrived to Akron stadium to take on Chivas in the 2023 Clausura Final. Tigres got the last laugh after they made a comeback to win it 3-2 after being down 2-0 at halftime.
But before the game even started, some Chivas fans were causing trouble, throwing rocks at the Tigres van that actually caused damage to the vehicle. Not only that, nit there was also a fight outside the stadium after some fans chanted “nobody runs away from Tigres, prompting some Chivas fans to get angry. It has also been reported that fights broke out due to some fans being unable to get tickets. The fight was broken up only when security arrived to stop them.
