UEFA confirm dates, kick-off times for Champions League group stage games
The curtain for the 2023-24 Champions League comes up on 19 September as the first round of group stage games get underway.
Following Friday’s UEFA Champions League (2023-24 season) group stage draw in Monaco, European football’s governing body have now confirmed dates and kick-off times for the six matchdays.
The new season gets underway with AC Milan-Newcastle and Young Boys-RB Leipzig the early starts on 19 September.

Manchester United’s trip to Munich is one of the standout ties on matchday one with the game a repeat of the memorable 1999 final at Camp Nou.
Union Berlin start their Champions League adventure with a trip to the Santiago Bernabeu with defending champions Manchester City opening their campaign with a home game against Red Star Belgrade.
Beaten finalists last year, Inter Milan begin their campaign with an away trip to the Basque country as they head to San Sebastian to face Real Sociedad.
