When will Sergiño Dest return from injury?

Sergiño Dest suffered a hamstring injury during Barcelona’s 2-1 win against Galatasaray for the second leg of the round of 16 of the UEFA Europa League last month. The United States international started the game, but had to be replaced in the 56th minute.

Dest missed the last batch of the World Cup qualifiers in CONCACAF, but the USMNT was able to secure their ticket to Qatar after finishing in third place. The American expressed his happiness through his social media account writing the following:

Emotional moment to be able to play my first ever World Cup! A dream come true! As a kid, I always enjoyed watching the World Cup and now to represent the USA in the World Cup makes me so proud! I can’t wait to get started and give everything for this country.”
