Why are Barcelona playing with a different name and number style against Newcastle?
Here’s the reason behind Barça’s curious choice of typeface in the Champions League.

For the Champions League second leg against Newcastle at Camp Nou, Barcelona are set to sport a name and number typeface that is not like their standard LaLiga style.
The Catalan club will switch up their usual font for the game, with a hand-written style of names and numbers for the second leg.
The reason behind this change is simple. As put by Barcelona themselves, it is "to raise visibility for World Down Syndrome Day and celebrate the talent of Anna Vives, an incredible artist with Down syndrome."
