Women’s World Cup 2023: Republic of Ireland national team roster | Selected players, omissions and fixtures
Vera Pauw has named her provisional squad for the upcoming World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.


Ireland manager, Vera Pauw, has named her 27-player squad for Ireland’s upcoming training camp in Dublin, which starts on June 12. The final squad will be revealed on June 29, with the team playing Zambia a week before. There are notable absences from the squad, including McCabe, O’Sullivan, Sheva and Farrelly, who will all join after the friendly; Aoife Mannion is injured and is being monitored.

Ireland are in Group B of the World Cup, and will have an incredibly difficult task to progress, with Canada and Nigeria and hosts Australia all fighting for the top spots.
