“Quiet on Set” exposes horrors in children’s TV - trailer and how to watch

The docuseries debuted on March 17 and features interviews with child stars of the ‘90s/ early 2000s regarding abuse allegations against Dan Schneider.

“Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV” made the first part of its debut on Sunday, March 17 on ID, and the horrified reactions are already all over social media.

The docu-series is a four-part investigation into allegations of abuse and toxic behavior by Nickelodeon producer and screenwriter Dan Schneider, who produced several successful shows in the ‘90s and early 2000s, including “All That”, “The Amanda Show”, “Kenan & Kel,” “Sam & Cat,” “Drake & Josh,” “Zoey 101,”and “iCarly”. These shows were wildly popular and led to the growth of many young stars, but the dark side of these comedy sketches and cheery series are allegations of sexism, racism, abuse, and inappropriate behavior with underage actors and crew.

The series features interviews with child stars of that time, including Drake Bell from “Drake & Josh,” Alexa Nikolas from “Zoey 101,” Katrina Johnson from “The Amanda Show,” as well as Nickelodeon host and producer Marc Summers

How to watch “Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV”
