Shocking video shows plane spiraling out of control moments before crashing into a home

The terrifying moment a plane spiraled out of control towards the roof of a home was captured on video by a nearby resident, who uploaded the video to Facebook. The accident happened in Newberg, Oregon on Tuesday evening. The plane was from the Hillsboro Flight Academy, which has its training school about 20 miles north of Newberg.

The plane crashed through the roof of a home, but all residents are safe, with fire rescue crew saying they believe no one was home at the time. One passenger in the plane, however, was unfortunately killed, and one was taken to the hospital with serious injuries sustained in the accident. The victims have not yet been identified. Residents are now being asked to avoid the area as there are concerns that the plane is leaking fuel and could catch fire. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are both conducting an investigation into the cause of the plane crash.
