VIDEO: The shocking current state of Camp Nou

The renovations at Camp Nou continue as phase two comes to completion, but the Barcelona stadium is almost unrecognizeable in these images.

Barcelona will play its games at the Olympic Stadium in Montjuic next season as Camp Nou continues to undergo extensive renovations. The stadium completed phase two of construction last week and some images were shared of its current state, which basically looks like a pile of rubble at this point.

Of course, the major work only began at the end of the season and still have a while to go. It is set to open again at 70% capacity in November 2024. By then, there will be a retractable roof with solar panels that power a 360-degree screen around the whole stadium and security systems.
