WATCH: Chiefs touch down in Kansas City with Lombardi Trophy in hand

The Kansas City Chiefs arrived in Kansas City with their flag flying out of the window of the cockpit after winning Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.

The Kansas City Chiefs have returned home with another Super Bowl victory to their name. They touched down in Kansas City from Las Vegas on Monday evening, as the Chiefs flag waved from the cockpit and coach Andy Reid carried the Lombardi Trophy down the steps of the plane. After him, the Chiefs coaches and players followed, including tight end Travis Kelce and defensive end Chris Jones.

This follows a big night out of celebration for the Chiefs players. Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes spent Sunday night partying at a Las Vegas nightclub, where the Chainsmokers were DJ-ing and playing remixes some of Taylor Swift’s songs, to which she and Kelce happily sang, danced, and kissed along.

Mahomes didn’t return to Kansas City with the rest of the team, as he set off with his wife Brittany and their children to celebrate at Disneyland.

Will Taylor Swift be at the Chiefs Super Bowl parade?

The Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory parade will be on Wednesday, February 14, beginning at 11 a.m. (local time) with the rally scheduled for approximately 12:45 p.m. In case you were wondering, it’s unlikely that Taylor Swift will attend the parade, given her tour in Australia ends at 6 p.m. on Friday, Australian Eastern Daylight Time, which is 17 hours ahead of Kansas City. Technically, she could make it, but given the 20-hour flight, she’d only land mere hours before the parade began. She made it to the Super Bowl itself from Tokyo, but the parade would be a longshot.
