The second top scorer in the Premier League with 13 goals, behind just Diego Costa, Alexis Sanchez has proven himself to be vital to Arsenal. He has still not renewed his contract with the club and there has been much speculation regarding his exit from the club. PSG are said to be the front-runners for his signature but several media in Chile, including El Grafico de Chile, are reporting that Atletico Madrid have made the attacker their top priority to solve their problems in front of goal.
There were negotiations prior to his move to Arsenal but in the end, the Premier League side won out. It appears now that should FIFA allow them to sign players in the summer, they will make Sanchez their main target.
Antoine Griezmann's future is in doubt with the club but the Chilean could prove to be a top quality replacement, which would coincide with Atletico moving to a new stadium next year.
