Kaká spoke to the Spanish Cope radio network last night and reviewd his life at Orlando City as well as the current situation at Madrid and the Brazilian national team

The Brazilian national team:

“Before I got injured I was told that I was still in contention and that I should look after myself ahead of the Copa América. I'm not sure if I'll be selected but it's something that would be excellent with the tournament being held in the States”. “I'd love to reach 100 caps with Brazil and hope that Dunga calls me up”.

Life in MLS:

“Julio Baptista is an excellent player and was without a club so having him help us out is a major boost”. “I'd love if Casillas made the move to the league but he mentioned that he wants to keep playing in Portugal. He was open to the idea of playing stateside though”. “I do believe that in five or ten years MLS will be one of the best leagues in the world”.

Time at Madrid:

"I had a great time at the club. I learnt how to be patient and be a squad player. Sure I'd have preferred that things work out differently but I lacked consistency in the team due to injury. The coach at the time also had other ideas and a player has to respect the decisions of the head coach”.

Cristiano Ronaldo:

"I told him to stay at Madrid. When things don't work out at the club they get blown out of proportion. Hearing Cristiano being whistled at the stadium after all he has done at Madrid does no-one any favours and I wish the fans showed him some more respect .

“I feel that fans are far too demanding with the players and not just with Cristiano. The same happened with the likes of Zidane, Raúl and Casillas. That's the way it's always been”.

The LaLiga title race:

“The ten points advantage that Barça hold over Madrid will be definitive but I do hope that Madrid win on Saturday”.
