James Rodríguez and Isco drop to the bench, with Luka Modric and Casemiro returning to a midfield line-up completed by Toni Kroos.
In defence, Sergio Ramos is back in the team in place of Pepe, while Danilo comes in for the injured Dani Carvajal after serving a suspension against Getafe.
