Spain got their Euro 2016 campaign off to a victorious start against the Czech Republic on Monday afternoon, ending their hoodoo of never in their history having won a match on the date 13 June.
Despite dominating against Pavel Vrba's side, La Roja had to wait until late on to secure all three points as Gerard Piqué's 86th-minute header proved the difference in Toulouse.
