Portugal centre-back Pepe missed training on Tuesday morning – instead working with team’s physiotherapist – and remains a major doubt for his country’s huge Euro 2016 semifinal against Wales in Lyon tomorrow.
Muscle strain
Pepe, who already missed Monday's training session, is suffering from a muscle strain and yet again set himself aside from his teammates to receive treatment from physio Antonio Gasar and undergo light exercises to assess his physical condition.
Portugal v Wales
Fernando Santos’ side will travel to Lyon on Tuesday afternoon, where Portugal will be looking to secure passage through to their second ever European Championship final, 12 years after they lost their first against Greece.
