Alavés sign ex-Getafe player Vigaray on a three-year deal
Esta es la decimoquinta incorporación del conjunto vitoriano, que se centra en reforzar la banda derecha. También llegará cedido del Villarreal Espinoza.
Deportivo Alavés have signed right-back Carlos Vigaray from Getafe on a three-year contract. The 21-year-old defender is the 15th new addition to the squad as the Vitoria-based outfit focus on strengthening the right flank.
Vigaray has always had strong links to Getafe, the team he joined as a boy and where he way his way up through the youth ranks. He made his first team debut for the Azulones in the Copa del Rey against Barça on 16 January 2014. He flitted between the reserves and senior side until finally getting his first break when Juan Valera suffered a long-term injury. Last season he made 14 appearances, scoring once.
Alavés have also closed the transfer of Argentine winger Cristian Espinoza who joins on a one-year loan from Villarreal.
