Gary Neville has spoken about his time at Valencia during a BBC documentary on Manchester United’s famed batch of youth players entitled Class of 92. "Nothing like it in England"

The former Manchester United and England defender was sacked by Valencia after 28 games in charge, of which he won 10, drew seven and lost 11. “The club has had 15 coaches in 13 years. Neville also revealed that he wanted to see out the season at Mestalla: "I would have preferred to stay until the end of the season, that was the plan. But it wasn’t to be. People asked me if I was happy to come back and I wasn’t. But I can say that I am happy again now.”
