Bale extends Real Madrid contract
The European champions have confirmed the renewal of Gareth Bale's deal at the Santiago Bernabéu, with the star committing until 2022.
Real Madrid have announced that Gareth Bale has agreed to extend his contract at the LaLiga club until 30 June 2022.
Wales ace adds three years to Real terms
The Welshman, whose previous deal was due to expire in 2019, has been at Real since summer 2013, scoring 62 goals in 135 games.
In his time in the Spanish capital, Bale has won two Champions Leagues, one Copa del Rey, one UEFA Super Cup and one FIFA Club World Cup.
Bale to give press conference on Monday
In a statement published on their official website, Real revealed that the 27-year-old will speak to the media on Monday at 13:30 CET.
The news follows on from the recent contract renewals signed by Madrid colleagues Toni Kroos, Luka Modric and Lucas Vázquez.
