Thiago for Iniesta, with Morata up front against Macedonia
Spain - Macedonia World Cup Qualifying teams: Lopetegui's XI for the Macedonia match sees Thiago taking Iniesta's place in the Spanish line-up, with Morata as number 9.

The teams are out for the Spain - Macedonia World Cup 2018 qualifying, the fourth game in Group G.
Lopetegui will be putting out much changed side at Los Cármenes due to injuries (he's missing Ramos, Piqué, Alba, Iniesta and Diego Costa). Against Macedonia, the Spain coach will start with Bartra and Nacho in central defence; Thiago, along with Busquets and Koke, will take Iniesta's place and up front the injury to Diego Costa gives Morata the starting berth.

Macedonia XI
