The alarm bells rise by the minute in Barcelona: Lionel Messi did not train today, along with teammates Gerard Pique and Jordi Alba after their 1-1 draw with Real Sociedad on Sunday night.
Precaution for El Clásico
The club have not announced as to why but it seems the Argentine finished the game with an ailment and just excercised in the gym instead. The club hope their star player will be in perfect condition for the visit of Real Madrid on Saturday in El Clásico.
They are already without Andres Iniesta and Alba appears to be a doubt, but to lose the Argentine star would be fatal for Barcelona and Luis Enrique.
