Real Madrid third kit voted 'worst kit of the year'
Shirt and boot portal Footy Headlines carried out an online poll to select the worst kit for 2016 and Madrid topped the poll for their black and purple effort.
Readers of footyheadlines.com voted to select their worst kit for 2016 and it was LaLiga giants Real Madrid who secured the ignominious title, winning with their black and purple Adidas third shirt voted by online readers as the worst kit of 2016 securing 21% of the overall vote.
Bordeaux second
Ligue 1 outfit FC Girondins de Bordeaux came in second place for their effort which combined iconic landmarks from the French city on their third shirt. Groundbreaking, daring and different but clearly not to everyone's taste.
