Valencia have released a statement backing Voro as their manager on the back of the recent turmoil at the club. Cesare Prandelli was recently sacked from the club before Jesús García Pitarch handed in his resignation just days after.
The club released a statement after their 3-3 draw with Osasuna on Sunday night and backed their manager along with their current situation.
Statement
"Valencia CF wish to reaffirm the club's absolute backing for Voro González as first team coach until the end of the present season. The club also wish to stress its total confidence in the ability of the squad and the coaching staff to improve the sporting performance over the coming months -with the intention of overcoming the delicate current sporting situation."
