Sevilla fans combine chants insulting Ramos and praising Rakitic and Alves
The Real Madrid defender was the subject of countless chants from the Sevilla fans located in the north stand of the stadium ahead of the game.
Sergio Ramos was the target once again for the Sevilla Biris Norte fans who populate the North Stand of the Sanchez Pizjuan stadium.
Ahead of the game as players from both sides warmed up, chants of "Sergio Ramos, hijo de puta (son of a bitch)" were aimed at the player from Camas (Sevilla). The hardcore supporters also chanted in a positive manner the names of former players Rakitic and Dani Alves. These were in reply to Ramos' post match comment after Thursday's game where he added that "Rakitic and Alves are welcomed back at Sevilla like gods".
The Sevilla team were accompanied from their team hotel by over 1.000 fans whilst approximately 100 Real Madrid fans welcomed the team from the capital as they arrived at the stadium. There were no incidents between rival supporters pre-match.
