Aduriz, Beñat to miss Atlético game as ban appeal fails
The LFP disciplinary committee has refused Athletic's appeal against yellows picked up by the striker and midfielder against Leganés.

The LFP’s appeals committee has thrown out a petition by Athletic Bilbao to have yellow cards issued to Beñat Etxebarria and Aritz Aduriz in last weekend’s 0-0 draw at Leganés overturned.
Out of Atlético game
Both players were on four cautions going into the game and after their names went in the referee’s book in Butarque picked up one-game suspensions, ruling them out of the match against Atlético in San Mamés on Sunday. After having their request turned down by the LFP’s disciplinary committee Athletic appealed to the higher authority but will now not be able to count on two of their key players for the visit of Diego Simeone’s side.
The match official in Butarque, Jaime Latre, cautioned Aduriz for a challenge with his elbow and Beñat for a foul.
