Sergio Ramos was offside for his, and Real Madrid's, second goal
The Madrid central back appeared to be clearly ahead of the last defender when Toni Kroos played in the free-kick from the left. But the assistant's flag stayed down, 2-0.

Sergio Ramos went into the Bernabéu dressing room at half-time a happy lad after scoring twice against Málaga but questions will be asked of the officials regarding his second.

Questions for the officials
The second was from the other side and this time a free-kick but the result was the same as the ball evaded near-post jumpers and was touched home by the outstretched foot of Madrid's number four. But as the pictures show, at the time Kroos made contact with the ball, the eventual goalscorer - as well as two teammates who would have to have been deemed to be offside as well based on the current rules - was ahead of the last Málaga defender.
