An innovative and interesting initiative has been launched by Bahia state side Fluminense de Feira, who play their football in the Brazilian Serie D and hail from the town of Feira de Santana.

The club have teamed up with a local supermarket chain to advertise the latest special offers available on the back of the playing shirts. Star striker and club number ‘10’, Fernando Sobral, now sports the 10,98 shirt with the latest special pizza deal available at ‘10,98’ (10 Brazilian reales and 98 centavos).
The club wore more supermarket sponsorship inspired shirts in Wednesday's 6-0 defeat at the hands of local powerhouse Vitoria de Bahia where the latest deals for products such as shaving foam, pizza and soda were visible on the players playing shirts.
