It got very, very awkward, very, very fast as the big screen showed Kevin Durant who refused to smile while Manning cracked the joke. It felt like about an hour and a half before they turned the screen off him and Manning said something about Russell Westbrook, who was Durant's teammate during the heedt Oklahoma City Thunder years.
