Kick-off times for both legs of the Spanish Supercup final between Real Madrid and Barcelona have now been confirmed. The first leg will be played at the Copa del Rey winners ground, Camp Nou on Sunday 13 August with that game kicking off at 22:00 hours CEST.
Spanish Supercup return leg to start an hour later
The return leg will be played three days later at the Bernabéu, home of reigning league champions Real Madrid. That game, which takes place on Wednesday 16th August, will kick off at the slightly later time of 23:00 hours CEST to accomodate the Champions League Play-offs being played that day. Both legs of the Spanish Supercup final will be broadcast live on free-to-air in Spain by Telecinco.
It will be Barça's first official engagements of the new season. Madrid's season will already be underway: Zidane's team will have already played the European Super Cup final against Manchester United in Skopje on Tuesday 8th August at the earlier time of 20:45 CEST.
