Decision time for Neymar as Piqué says he needs to sort out priorities
The Barcelona defender spoke about Neymar's possible transfer to PSG and said some players in the NBA earn less to win more.
The Neymar saga rolls on. Gerard Piqué spoke again after he admitted the "he stays" photo with Neymar he uploaded to his social media accounts was not official. The Barca centre-back told ESPN that his teammate Neymar, "doesn't know what to do. Neymar and I are very close and I want him to stay but at the same I know the situation he finds himself in."
"Everything depends on what he wants, he can go to any club in the world: PSG, Barcelona, Chelsea or Manchester City. The whole world wants him, but he needs to decide what his priorities are. What does he want? More money or more titles?" Piqué said.
"It's the same here in the US. There are players in the NBA who don't earn as much as they deserve in order to win titles. Sometimes you have to make decision in life that are based on you priorities," Piqué finished in what appeared like a strong plea to Neymar's better judgement to remain in Barcelona and fight against Real Madrid to wrestle back control of LaLiga and the Champions League.
